Treasure Jest is a very early piece and does not
incorporate the hidden mouse, inner carvings, or
hallmarks. |

The interior of
the box is empty and smooth, without any extra decoration. |

| This box does not
have the HBC logo, which was added in 1996. We
know that up to 1995, another finishing company handled
the large Treasure Jests, but their contract expired in
1995. |
| Since there is no
"SAC" mark for this finishing company and no HBC logo, we
can determine that this particular box was made in late
1995. |
| The antiquing is very
light on this box, as opposed to later boxes that had
heavy antiqued finish. |

Treasure Jest will come in a green canister box, with all
paperwork. It is in perfect condition. |
