| These three bears
have fished their fill, and by the look on their faces,
they could not eat another thing! |
| The mouse peeks out
from behind one of the rocks. |
| Inscribed inside the
top rim are the numbers, "8, 44, and 16", and under a
fish's chin, "30", as well as a "27" on a rock.
These were Peter's favorite lottery numbers at the time of
carving. The sixth number was variable. |

| This Treasure Jest is
one of the earlier ones made, and the fish are a deeper
shade of green, and the bears are lighter brown.
On later boxes, the fish and the bears were more of an
antiqued dark brown shade. |

| Other hallmarks
include "Nov. 94" which is inscribed on a rock near a

paperwork. It is in mint condition. |
