Glass Company & was later acquired by U. S. Glass in 1955. Fenton
bought the mould from U. S. Glass in 1969. |

Glass" refers to a particular kind of iridescent glassware.
Several additional processes create the distinctive look of stretch
glass. The edges may feel somewhat rough, & other areas often
display a splendid matte iridescence that reflects the tradition of
true art glass. |
